Scientific and Technological Ethics refer to the thought and code of conduct of the relationship between man and society, man and nature and man to man in scientific and technological innovation activities. It stipulates the values, social responsibilities and codes of conduct that scientific and technological workers and their communities should abide by. The researchers point out that scientific ethics and the social responsibility of scientific and technological workers are closely related to the Human Future.
The 2nd International Conference on Science and Technology Ethics and Human Future (STEHF 2023) will be held in Xi'an from May 12 th-14th, 2023. By the end of 2001, the main campus library had 110,509 volumes, 4,117 multimedia documents, and 278 print periodicals. In addition the library has 9 online databases which provide access to at least 4,000 original periodicals, abstracts and other documents. This information can be accessed through the library website. The library provides a large number of computers for students to access the databases and the international Internet, and the library can accommodate up to 3,000 students at a time.
